Hi Missy, All I can say is that the removal process is not painful. You hardly feel the IUD coming out. My doc seemed to have trouble grasping the strings which was uncomfortable. He also said that with IUD's you either love 'em or hate 'em, there is no inbetween. What is good for one may not work for another. Hopefully your OB/GYN will feel the same. As far as treating your endo I have no experience in that department, but I think you are doing the right thing by getting it removed. Best of luck to you, take care Tweet
