Hi, just a word about the foot pads. They are meant to draw toxins out of your skin, which they do very well. I would recommend them to be used when you are embarking on an overall cleanse/detox along with hot baths etc. Remember to drink plenty of water. The idea is to give the body access to as many ways to eliminate the toxins as possible, therefore exercise is a bonus too, allowing you to sweat the toxins out! I also agree with the above poster about a diet change (but not with the slightly sarcastic flavour of the post, not neccessary). Most of us realise that our diets could do with a change, but come on - its EXTREMELY DIFFICULT! Be kind to yourself and make small changes. People eat for many many different reasons, not just becuase they are hungry!
