Hi liz - my son advised me to pretend the drink was my favorite food(pizza). I tried it and it didn't work. :( What's funny is I didn't really have the cravings BUT I did have the urge to cook all the time for my family. The funny thing is it didn't bother me at all. I spent time cooking meals that I haven't cooked in years. I think a lot of it had to do with the calmness I felt which helped me to concentrate on what I was doing. It's hard to explain but hopefully something you will experience.
