Some options to root canals which use gutta percha include

1. pulp capping with calcium hydroxide, acid etching/direct composite resins, or mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) for vita teeth with exposed nerve due to dental work

2. root-canals with calcium hydroxide or Endocal 10
