I suppose that is why fasts should in a ideal world be supervised. I don't think i will go longer than 2 weeks at a time. If i want to do a longer one, i think i will go to a fasting retreat, don't know how much it costs though. They don't have to feed you, money for old rope lol.

I already plan to take my bp couple times a day, temp i do anyway.

I was reading that if you vomit and have diarroah, and it gets very bad, where you can't take water, you just vomit the water back up, you may be unable to break the fast, and have to go on a drip.

I've heard quite a few people say on this forum, they have vommitted, but i will not ignore this if it carried on. Doing a fast on your own, you have to be cautious don't you, as you have found out to your own cost.

I've also read, that some people are lacking in a certain enzyme, and are unable to go into ketosis, and sometimes they are aware of this for the first time when they do a fast. And this is dangerous for them. So we must not be to complacent, and say everything is due to detox etc, and be aware of the risks involved. Tweet
