i am 31, i have three children, and i had mirena for 3 years and 4 months. i never in a million years would have connected my problems with mirena. apparently i had every symptom and then some that mirena could cause. i acted menopausal. symptoms started showing up quickly, i thought it was postpartum depression. i have never been a complainer or had pms before mirena. the mini pill gave me the same symptoms at a lesser degree. i am so happy for you. i have cried these past few days out of joy. i feel sooooooooooooo free. i am not sure i will crash because i feel like the old me. calm, cool, collected, with a good sense of humor. yes that describes me now.
