Well, this morning now I weigh 133.8. My first goal is 128lbs, I feel a lot better under 130. So, I dropped about 4 pounds since yesterday morning, mostly water. Last night I went to the sauna with my friend and it was fantastic, we sweated a lot for like an hour and we both felt so good when we left. It was great. Yesterday I actually ate an orange and a piece of toast with peanut butter and honey on it because I was so hungry. I realized that before I full on eat no food, I need to slow my way into it. And plus, I still drop a lot of weight off when I eat lighter. I enjoy eating much lighter, it helps me to appreciate the food and it feels very cleansing. Right now I am sipping on my coffee (I know its not the best thing for me, but I just love coffee so much!). I am going to make some yerba mate. I enjoy sipping on caffeine for the first hours of the day! LOL. anyways, wish me luck, I am hoping to weigh 130-132 by tomorrow. :)
