At minimum 2 hours after Miracle-Mineral-Supplement then take Lugols Iodine. Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will not effect mercury from Silver filling. Iodine will help move mercury into the blood stream where the liver and kidneys will deal with it. You are looking at a lot of detox you might consider doing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for a while before adding Iodine into the mix. Iodine induced detox can be rough.
