That's so true. I know people that have iron, calcium and vit C extracted from their bodies. Yet I wonder how many people actually get enough iron from their diets; 15mg males and 18mg for women. It's quite hard.
I'm on 400mg daily and my iron levels are checked monthly. I have noticed the difference if I take iron with vit C, in an article it said that iron taken with vit C increases the absorbstion rate by 400%.
