I personally don't think i have high levels of insulin, i don't crave for Sugar or bread. I never licked my lips or bited it pre/post ec.
i'm currently doing pranayama for the last 1 week and have already lost 3 kgs. my body is coming to a natural equilibrium. I think pranayama is gonna help me a lot in combating ec. There are pranayama techniques to exercise the inner organs. i'll let you know how to do'em at home. Google "benefits of pranayama" and embrace life. Not a single penny would be spent on this.
