I have read carefully what you have said in your research and also what you have said in your previous messages.
I must mention that I do not crave for sugar/bread or for candies (especially for candies) and that makes me wonder if I have high level of insuline.
Anyhow I will give it a try, I have already cut down Sugar from my diet, meaning that I do not use Sugar in my coffee and in my tea and I do not eat candies. I guess that it the easy part (at least for me. I will try to eat less potatoes, rice and pasta but what happens to vegetables and fruits as another member mentioned. I have some enteric problems and my doctor has advised me to eat some vegetables and fruit it order to constipated (in simple words go to the toilet easier, however as vegetables seem to cause me pain in bowel I have turned in eating fruit. So i have this dilemma I need to eat fruit in general.
I take omega3 supplements together with Omega 6 & 9 (it is one pill with the three omegas) for beginning of February and I will continue. Is eating pure olive oil helps in any way ? I seem to believe that it does.
