I read that the woman riding the beast with heads is on a few denominations of the Euro (the obverse/reverse side). Not all of the political structures in Europe have changed for the final power structure to be the way it will, but I think this might be what you are referring to. I'm not particularly concerned about any great catastrophic worldwide persecution (I believe The Lord will remove His beloved before that, let's not get into the rapture controversy), but if I must experience some torture, fine, it won't really be TORTURE).

The Lord does acknowledge that His Body (of all believers) will be in different LOCATIONS and will minister to the poor, fellowship, and spread His GOSPEL, and worship, but all throughout history, the practices and teachings have become more material (so, individual discretion is more important today as long as we know to covet/safeguard our own PERSONAL devotion).
