Yikes!!! How scary that must have been for you to see that worm in the drain. You are a brave woman for not still being scared to death the second time!

I have just one question -- are the parasites/worms that are excreted in our bm's already dead? I'm thinking that they are but I have this *awful* fear of worms and I need some reassurance that they are dead once they end up in the toilet. - my mother told me this truly disgusting anecdote involving a tapeworm when she was a kid in Germany. Ever since I've had this irrational fear of internal worms of any kind -

I have just started the humaworm cleanse (today is day 2) and I'm sure I could handle almost anything as long as I know the darn things are dead.
