Crohn's Dis-ease

I understand that Aztec clay is a very healing substance. It will definitely help to pull the heavy metals from your system.

Personally, I would trade in my vitamins for healthy doses of Sole, Spirulina powder, and Dulse. The majority of vitamins do more harm than good, as the hard minerals and binding agents wear away at the immune system.

Are you consuming meats, dairy, and wheat? Those items are highly irritating to the colon, and can encourage the progression of Crohn's.

If you're consuming tap or unfiltered water, you will need to purchase a distiller or begin drinking reverse osmosis.

Heal your gut with fresh, home made organic vegetable juices, digestive and systemic enzymes, probiotics, and a calming and very light exercise such as yoga stretches. Something very soothing as you work your way up. (Stay far away from pills that have the fillers such as Magnesium Stearate).

Aztec clay is a wonderful substance, can be ordered online, and is effective in healing. Drink PLENTY of water and begin in small doses. If you do not have a shower filter, purchase one, as you will just replace the heavy metals you have drawn out within yourself.

I would wait until my intestines were healed a bit before I embarked upon an internal clay journey, but there are clays for baths that are very effective when bathing in filtered water.

Health is a choice.
