shroom--many people with Morgellons report plant looking debris coming out of their bodies....I have had stuff that looked like leafs and twigs,and dried grass....some people (as crazy as it sounds I know) have even speculated that somehow the parasites in our bodies draw fibers etc from the environment into our body...people with this seem to be sorta magnetic....once I had on a bright hot pink sweater and a few days later I felt a pinprick and something came from my skin---I put it under the scope and there in all its glory was a bright pink fiber ball....
