so happy to hear that, so we can share mutually support during this w.e.
i can say im so lucky coz my hubby is really understanding with my fasting, by the way my mum and daddy can't approve my choice, their thought sounds like "you're looking good, you don't need to do that, it's dangerous!", so i didn't explaned them my plane and it sucks, coz i love them and i'll be glad to get their support. neither my friends and colleagues are informed of my fastings, and this situation is quite difficult...in any case my body really screams for a fasting, i was feeling pretty good during those 3 days, so im really motivated to restart this experience.
it seems monday is a right day to start, what bout it?

P.S. where r you from exactly? what about you? i live in ferrara, im en electronic engineer, i travel a lot, expecially in the south east of asia.
