Day 1: completed

Hi, my name is Julia, i'm new here, i live in Italy and i discovered this place few days ago. This is my first fasting and im so excited, really hope to get a good experience. I'm 26 y.o., i live with my hubby and my little boy, he's a lovely 6 y.o. boy. As i wrote, i just completed my first day and i can say it's been quite easy, im not angry as expected and i hope to have honey dreams (i heard nights are sometimes hardest than days...). I'm not planning anything, i just wanna live this experience day by day without any expectation.
I would say sorry for my poor english but i hope in any case to find one or more buddies to live together our fasting.
