Superbowl Sunday-I was at work and planning on meeting up with my bf at his friend's parents house. I was intending to walk over there and have a few drinks myself. However, I had been feeling bad(anxious, nervous, antsy) the last 2-3 days and decided it was in my best interest to not drink. Now I know it's bc I was in PMS phase and that makes my adrenal exhaustion symptoms waaay worse. Soo I drove over there, hungout for awhile, he seemed a bit drunk, not wasted. We went on our way to pick up his jacket at his friend's house. On our way, he called his dad, I was on my phone talking to my friend's young daughter who was asking to be picked up at her friend's and her mom couldn't bc she was at work. I heard my bf refer to me as his exgf's name which sounds very similar to mine. I got off the phone, pulled over and started screaming at him. I told him to get the hell out of my car, while he was getting out, I hit him from behind(no, this is not the first time I've gotten angry and hit, it's a problem I've had for a long time as well as being destructive when I don't get my way) and he in turn, flung beer on me. I called his parent's house while I was driving away and asked his dad if he had heard him say the ex's name. His dad said no, as far as I can tell, his dad wouldn't lie for any reason. Would I bet my life on hearing my bf say the other girl's name? No, I am not certain I heard it. I'm pretty sure I did.

That is what happened. My PMS is not an excuse for my nasty temper and hitting him, I do get pretty psychotic during that time of the month. His flinging beer on me was so wrong in so many ways. He has not mentioned me hitting him. This situation is a mess and I honestly think we both need therapy.
