Examining options for curing protozoa

The first step is to create an environment to grow the suspected parasites. The second goal is to alter the genetic mechanisms which allow protection from host antibodies [working on novel approach to do this] Third, is to re-introduce the altered specimen back in host {me} and hope the changes will be passed on to resident microbes, weakening their defenses long enough to trigger antibody\complement cascade.
