Re: My Master Plan

I think you are exactly right about the sebum. This is a seboriac dermatitis
type disease. And stress and hormones do control this. And when I went to the
denstist and was going through a stressfull period , those glands were disrupted.
However there are super imposed infections that occur because of the seboriac dermatitis and therefore the fungal and antibacterial are needed.

Now how do I know this is a sebacious type disease? 90% of incidence occurs in adolecents and young adults when those glands are at their peek in terms of development.
Also seeboriac dermatitis is triggered by a fungus. Thats why the antifungal cream has help me a lot but the inflmation is still there and primrose mentioned should take care of that or a steroid. The antifungal is key, the anti-inflamtory is also necessary but for kertatinzation do not use vitaman A !
Try one of these descaling agents:

calcipotriene (T)
carbamide (T, OTC)
coal tar (T, OTC)
salicylic acid (T, OTC)
urea (T, OTC)
zinc pyrithione (T, OTC)
