Well this is where a little knowledge can hurt you...Basically oxidation is a very destructive process - however its also a normal biological process that takes place and yes it does produce free radicals.. in all of us all the time - this is why the body provides a means of clearing these. Now about oxygen , you need it . and you will also need to produce free radicals. its something that happens and is completely normal.. however ofcourse you dont want excess free radicals - but this is not usually the problem with people with low cellular oxygenation - so, if its helping you keep using it as your body needs oxygen to complete its metabolic processes. however - using it after your body is performing normal may add some minimal aging type additive oxidation effects...... but again if you felt great you wouldn't probably keep using it -- except at a maintenance dose ......
