Yup... I actually follow the Paleolithic Diet.... and I call it the living foods diet. I only eat foods that are alive... I also eat like 90% fruit and like 10% vegetables and sprouts... except for a couple raw eggs each day which I put in my smoothies for breakfast. I never get sick when everyone else gets the flu or other illness'. I always feel awesome... and my body works great with it so I stick with it.
I also feel that some people should eat meat... the eat right for your blood type says that type A people should be vegetarians... where as type o should eat meat.
As for phytochemicals... I thought they were actually good for us.
