Oil swishing questions...

Hi,
Today is my second day of oil swishing with sesame oil, and i have a few questions. I am finding it hard not to gag after like 4 min. but when i spit the oil out it is white and foamy, ahould i repeat the process over again? And does the white foamy oil mean that i am very toxic after only 4min of swishing? Thanks:) Tweet
