I've been wanting to try oil pulling, but what holds me back is
1. I can't seem to fit it in my morning routine. I already do so many things that are required to take on an empty stomach (barley grass, lemon water, probiotics.., taking some time between all of them), and this just adds to my list of morning chores for my health. I need to get out of the house to get to work at some
point :-)
2. I don't think I can hold anything in my mouth for 15 min. Do I have to swish for a full 15 minutes for it to be effective?? That seems like a very long time to keep something in my mouth. Doesn't your saliva just accumulate to a point you have to spit it out after a few minutes?
I read all this great things about oil swishing, I feel like I need to find a way to include it in my life. Thanks all.
