I've read all your posts recently. The one about failing at fasting and also your latest posts about successful days. Congratulations. I am hoping to have the same results. I've been going crazy lately and really needed to get my act together. I feel sick and truly believe in fasting in a way to heal.

Also, I like your tip on keeping healthy food in the house so when you break your fast, you do it the right way. I actually feel more empowered when I have food in my house opposed to empty cupboards. That way, it is clear that I'm DECIDING to fast, out of choice.
