Your very lucky as you know the cause of your problem! Have you considered doing that nettle pot (nasal pot?) can't remember what its called pot thing? You know where your pour water up one nostril and it runs down the other clearing your sinuses? I did that to clear my sinuses - its free as its warm water after all - and after a few days my nose felt so clean and I didn't feel all blocked up!
