4 hours Vitamin c

I was looking for that answer about how long the vitamin c stays in the body. I've been taking a small dose through a multi vitamin. I will stop taking it since it is always to close to my 2 doses of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . BOONDOC you mentioned something on people healing faster after surgery when they take some blue green algue. I seem to have sprained a shoulder, would chlorella help? I also just started taking MSM and hope it's not interfering with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Tweet
