its highly speculative and an interesting story. the camera man who took the footage was held and questioned by the feds. doc doom talks about it in his writings. i cant confirm anything about any of it. but to answer your question, no, it is not what makes the chemtrails. those seem to be only form large jets, commercial or otherwise.

i will say this. even though doctor dooms story is old and his conjectures at the time have not all come about(yet), the chemtrail phenom does seem to be multifaceted in its application and, by inference, its purpose. the problem is there are a lot of possibilities and very little real knowledge of what is actually going on.
