I agree with you ,completely.when I am anxiety I'd rather try to find the cause than keep myself deep in anxiety without any thinking .then I will feel better because I can figure out what was bothering me and I believe I can cope with it .So the anxiety we call is just a kind of mood on me when I face difficulties and puzzling things .when it comes the only things I should do is ajust myself to it and start envaluing the whole things and try my best to work it out.
