Thanks for that post JAB.

In my opinion, oxidizing the metals is better than chelation.

In chelation, the metal can be dislodged and made to find its own way out of the body. That is, unless the chelator actually binds it or encapsulates it to escort it from the body. That is the best case to keep it from doing more damage. Chlorella and cilantro do this, the binding part.

Oxidization of the metal neutralizes it; so even if it is passing from the body, it won't stop along the way to do more damage. Selenium and Iodine do this. So does Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
