Re: could it go rancid that quick?

I opened this oil friday and there seemed to be a lingering smell then too. I didn't refrigerate it, hope it couldn't go bad that quick. It is normal for this lingering smell or is it all in my head? I got some incense but don't have matches, Darn. I don't usually refrigerate my olive oil either, should I? I think I'll try the apricot oil tomarrow.
