D-mannose for Pyelonephritis & Glyconutrients for overall health? Please advice!
Hi, please bare with me, I'm a new to this particular forum and am seeking advice.
I got acute Pyelonephritis - kidney infection with Pseudomous (Nurse gave the name over the phone I might have misspelled), which is a gram negative organism.
My health information: Prior to the surgery before the infection as I had a genetic defect to correct, I've never had any major health problems. High metabolism, never been over weight(want to gain a few
pounds so that I wouldn't be told "so skinny), raw food diet most of the time. My fasting was always maintenance purpose, never seen or sign of
parasite and other problems.
However, after eating hospital food for a long time, my immune system got so weakened and I became anemia with protein-iron deficiency.
Fast forward, I got this kidney infection from possibility of hospital or animal (dogs of my friends) contact (that is all I can think of the reason for infection) .
Since it was acute one, I was taken to ER and since then have been on
Antibiotics (Polymyxin B) for 50 days.
Now, I am trying to build my immune system and getting rid of this particular gram negative organism.
By the way I just ordered MH's stuff (Pre-cleanse kit) to detox my
Antibiotic or any accumulation of toxicity I have.
Someone at MH's forum recommended me to try D-Mannose for gram negative organism.
So, I'd like to get advice from you guys are based on my problem:
Q1. Should I get/make Glyconutrients with D-Mannose in (instead of mannose)?
So, I could kill two birds with one stone (Strengthen immune system and fight the bacteria, or should I just focus on D-mannose?
Q2. If I were to get glyconutrients mixture, Can GlyCop-Coop make a mixture with D-mannose? Or any other company or brand you could recommend?
Any suggestions/comments/inputs are highly appreciated.
PS. Please forgive me my spelling and grammar, due to
Antibiotics (one or two of 25 side effects) I can't see the screen well (it's magnifying at 24 pts now, though)so I'm not sure I typed correctly by relying on my fingers.
