Getting Rid of Worms is a Process

Getting rid of parasites is like squeezing the soap out of a sponge. You have to dip it in water over and over and over again, and squeeze the water out repeatedly. Eventually it will become clean.

If you are looking for a silver bullet, that will kill all of them, so you can be done with it, I hope you are successful in finding it.

By the time parasites get your attention, and start making you sick, sick enough that you decide you want to be rid of them, you are probably very heavily infested. A dose big enough to kill all of them, might also stop your heart.

But if it didn't, your body would probably get overwhelmed with the enormous task of ridding itself of all the dead parasite debris, and go into shock. And that could easily kill you.
