yes, the sooner we all realize that we need to treat our condition from the inside the sooner we can all live with it! I am not sure if you used any internal supplements, but I think that is our best solution right now. I have not used any thing topical for 9 months now and my condition has gotten better. i have used MSM and Vit C and now I am on Melacor. I decided to buy it since most of the ingredients I was already using now comes in one pill instead of the many i was taking everyday. The ingredients have truly made a difference.
