He met Mary on the path and she did not recognize his faceetc, but he soke with her and she recognized Him through the conversation.

I believe He showed Himself to another apostle

So he did return way before the books of the New Testament were written It was a demonstration not of a miracle - although it seems to be one in our eyes- I'm
guessing other not so published information was shared with some of His apostles so they could understand the way to experience a conscious death and teach it to the rest of us slower vibrating sisters and brothers Tweet
