Re: new to the site---considering liver cleansing, but afraid of parasite cleaning

I am thinking of trying this. Glaxony, is this post above like what you tried first time for liver flush? Thing is, I most likely have IBS though so I don't go as regular as most people.

I have seen lots of weird things come out of me all the time. I did an herbal parasite cleanse few weeks ago, Wormwood Complex & Zymex 2 recommended by my colonic therapist.

I did for about 11 days on, 10 off & 10 on.

But I have a feeling there is alot more in there still.

I'd never heard of of a Liver Flush until I found this forum and I have researched extensively I thought, lol. To be honest, it sounds like alot of work & I don't know if I can drink Epsom Salts . Psyllium is bad for me. I tried a Colon Cleanse product and felt terrible. And I heard it was a weak one I took. I have tried many things to become regular.

**Do you think this can work (liver flush) on someone who is very constipated?**

I guess I would need to do a regular cleanse, then a parasite cleanse, then the liver flush?

I am seeing naturopath this week for results of Meta Metrix test & I hope it shows something. It does test for parasites & candida.I am so desperate for answers. I tried taking a photo to post in the Images gallery yesterday wondering if it is candida or parasites but I have both I believe.
