2 months of mag clay baths

I've gone through one box so far...

There was some blackish residue with the baths that has decreased by now. So it would appear that it works as advertised. I do 2 baths a week.

Twice now the baths have caused my heart to pound. Not sure what that is about. It doesn't happen every time.

I sure do feel good though. I am on to my next box soon, a different recipe. Tweet
