Those mini lobsters sound frightening and I haven't seen photos of those.

I'm curious about the clay on it's own. I did a 5 day clay and psyllium cleanse last year and couldn't identify most of what came out.

So did the clay move right through you and pull that junk out on its own or did you do enemas as well? Tweet
