fasting to lose 60 lbs

today is day 7 for me

my weight pattern is discouraging me, the 3rd and 4th day it was the same and day 5 it went up

so i don't know what's going on, does anyone?

i don't understand how i can gain weight while not eating

i also have a few more questions, if there's someone here that knows a lot about fasting, please let me know, i'd love to ask

i'm 33, have one kid and have problems with drugs

everytime i gained weight it was because i either quit or slowed down

so to substitute, i start eating like a cow

i gained 60 pounds in one year, even less than a year

i need some encouragement, i'm fasting to lose weight and i'm gaining

hopefully, there's an explanation to this
