Some do better with grains some dont! I do better ,tried both ways and feel better, I sleep better have more energy and have regular bowel movements! On a no grain diet I am always hungry and begin to crave junk food ,no amount of fruit or veggies stop the craving! Oh I do suffer from hypoglycemia! All the books and text in the world can tell you to do this or that but the best text is your own body ,listen to it!
