For a small quantity its probably not the end of the world :) Respiratory protection is always recommended; however, given that you've already finished you can't undo it. The mold may or may not impact your health, stress and worry definitely will.

By the way was the moisture problem or leak fixxed? Mold is a symptom generally of a water intrusion, leak, or humidity problem.
