Vegetables - if eaten uncooked - prior to a meal have strong digestive enzymes in them that allow for better absorption of nutrients. Try eating fresh salad prior to every meal.
Fruits also contain a lot of digestive enzymes but should never be eaten with any meal. Fruits should be eaten at least 4 hours before any meal.
Also, people with anal fecal odor should not drink water or any liquids while eating. Water and liquids should be drank at least 3 hours before eating and this is because water and liquids dilute the digestive enzymes in the stomach. Healthy people with a lot of digestive enzymes in their stomachs can afford to drink water or liquids during meals - we can't!
Lastly, we need to do research on the digestive period of each food we are going to eat. The digestive time period of meat is different from that of rice, etc. Some foods are acidic (e.g: meat) while some are alkaline. Combining alkaline foods with acidic foods isn't good for people with anal fecal odor because acidic foods can only get well digested in acidic environment and alkaline foods only digest well in alkaline environment. We need to research online which foods are acidic and alkaline. Stress has disabled our digestive tracts from functioning properly, so till our digestive tracts regain their optimal function again, we need to help our digestive tracts with our brains by making digestion easy for it!!
