Help- I have bad case of shingles or HSP virus on my right hand a nasty rash that will not go away. I have tried using Magnetic Pulser and the Silver Pulser for last several days and it just gets worse. Not sure what to do at this point. I put the magnetic pulser on the area for 5-10 minutes and do an hour of the silver pulser.
