IF...you feel (not think) that a fast is in order now...I'd go with the MC.
Some people NEED to be eating now...even heartily, and not so worried about being so health conscious. There's a lot of powerful energy moving through right now...eating is one way to help ground it a bit. I'm not suggesting over-indulging...but everything in moderation. It's all about BALANCE.
STOP WORRYing about shedding the pounds...they'll come off!
