Okay, is there anything else i can use as a substitute for calcium hydroxide, just for the time being, until i manage to get hold of some.
Someone suggested calcium ascorbate, which my supplement supplier sells in powdered form, 1/2 teaspoon=2G but isn't that buffered vit C. I'm not sure if that advise was correct.
How much would i use instead of the calcium hydroxide?
Also i have benign lipomas, fatty deposits on my arms, and want to take lecithin, i avoided it in the past because i avoid soya, being hypothyroid but i'm hoping it will be okay. Does anyone know how much to take for that sort of problem.
