I've been reading some of the posts re water.

I'm a bit confused. I live in a hard water area, get lots of deposits in kettle and on taps/faucets etc.

I was always told it was better to drink hardwater rather than soft water.

From the posts (correct me if wrong) i get the impression it is the other way around. Soft is better than hard water to drink.
