I have found a video on youtube from abc news about Trimethylaminuria (TMAU)which is also known as fish odor syndrome. It is when a fishy smell comes from you when you sweat, urinate, and breathe. In our case it comes from our skin. Maybe the people with fecal Body Odor actually have Trimethylaminuria (TMAU)and the fecal odor is caused by that disease as well. Maybe items like cleanse smart have taken care of our fecal Body Odor s and all that is left is this nasty fish odor.
