In the UK, Brown and his cronies have taken it on themselves to lead the world in the fight against global warming.

My argument here is that to impose cuts on something as important as the GW/green issue proves that it is not of vital importance and is obviously therefore a scam.

If there was a shred of truth in the climate change then our governments would
1 - act in unison - together - universally, instead of pissing about.
The evidence would be conclusive (ie there would be evidence!) not just climate models that are subjective at best
2 - there would be very little dissenting opinion because of this overwhelming evidence. 33000 US dissenting scientists oppose Gov actions!
3 - most of the scientific findings would be comparable and correlate (ie scientists worldwide would agree)
4 - the governments wouldn't have to resort to scare tactics propogated through the UN
5 - There would be very few skeptic websites with alternative views not the abundance that we can find from a simple google search
6 - Most people would be in agreement - in the UK some surveys suggest that up to 60% of the population do not believe the government facts regarding anthropogenic global warming.

Every day the sensationalist media blabs on about anthropogenic global warming - with unsubstantiated evidence.
The IPCC 4th report summary for policymakers has been released and is being touted as the the policy makers bible having an arsenal of scare tactics to throw in the face of any dissenting voices thus paving the way for an unprecedented rise in the formation of new stealth taxes and transport restrictions etc etc etc
