see my later post, but I wanted to mention another thing about meat i learned is that most packaged meats and sausages use gluten as a filler, but it's hidden in something else. it's not listed as Gluten. Most packaged meats and bacons and sausages must be avoided. all processed meats and any meat that is not grass fed. To complicate things these days our meat chicken and cattle is being fed wheat instead of grass and the normal things they should eat. They can't digest this wheat which goes to their fat and when we humans consume the meat, we get "glutened" because we need to digest it and It makes us sick.....all the foods you listed caused me problems too. Not everyone has the same symptoms....worth doing the diet to see how you feel. Eating clean won't hurt you but its amazing how fast your digestion will heal when you avoid the gluten and eat only fresh produce and organic free range chicken, red meats....& fish...avoid sandwich meats these have gluten in them....I'm telling you, you sound alot like me....and others I've talked to who had to get off of gluten....
