Anorexia/Bulimia VIDEO.

Very often, it's easier to see something about yourself in a picture or video (just like when you hear a tape recording of yourself, you say...is that ME!?) rather than just look in a mirror. Maybe you can understand better if you see what anorexia does to other people (I believe that anorexia and bulimia are an identity crisis). You are not being punished for anything. You do not deserve anorexia or bulimia, nobody does.

If there is anything in the past that you regret happening, you feel that you should punish yourself with anorexia or bulimia, and you are serving justice on yourself (avenging justice), and for that you deserve a medal of honor, not anorexia or bulimia.

Many television shows meant to comical/satirical and "funny" will mock anorexia and bulimia and make light of the serious health consequences because they want to stay in business (ratings/audience), but it is YOU that has to make the right decision for yourself and take your situation seriously.

Pro-ana websites also need to be "interesting and will offer "tips" to continue being afflicted with anorexia. The authors of those websites don't care about you. The authors don't have anorexia, how could they? You can't be alert and run a website all day (especially staring at a screen), they just want the website to be popular and they enjoy the notariety and profit.
